The KOBRA 400 S5 is a 5.8mm departmental Strip Cut shredder and is designed to shred large quantities of paper, including full width computer print-outs. The model comes equipped with an Energy Smart system with efficient illuminated indicators for zero power consumption in stand-by mode and environmental protection.
The KOBRA 400 S5 also features double motor drive technology, operating in conjunction with two super potential power units and delivers maximum performance. A 160 litre high quality steel cabinet holds a high volume of shredded materials.
The KOBRA 400 S5, is equipped with 24 hour continuously rated motors with thermal protection. The shredder will automatically Start/Stop through electronic eye technology whilst the machine will automatically stop when the shred bag is full or the door is open. In the event of a paper jam the machine will automatically stop and then reverse whilst carbon hardened cutting blades take staples and paper clips with ease. The high quality steel cabinet is also mounted on casters for easy movement around the office.
